Maternity Orientation and Tour

Thank you your interest in Huntington Hospital’s Maternity Orientation and Tour. Learn about Birth at Huntington from the comfort of your own home. Pick your own time of day, your own state of dress and save on gas for your car as well. The virtual tour plus the printable forms will provide you with much of the information you would receive at our regular, in-person Maternity Orientation and Tours.

The Orientation and Tour of Labor and Delivery and Maternity are designed to help you plan for birth at Huntington Hospital. The Orientation presentation will provide you with information, handouts, and forms selected to simplify your registration, admission and birth experience. Small groups will then tour Labor and Delivery and Maternity and have the opportunity to meet with an RN assigned to the individual unit. The RN will provide information specific to each unit as well as answers to your individual questions.

The Maternity Orientation and Tour is offered on the first Sunday of each month at 2 pm and the third Monday of each month at 7 pm (excluding holidays).

Information about the Huntington Hospital Maternity Orientation and Tour

  • Lasts approximately 1 ½ hours
  • Designed for the expectant mother and one guest. We ask that you not bring children.
  • Free of charge
  • No reservations are required
  • Park in the Pasadena Parking Lot located off of Pasadena Avenue on the west side of the hospital.
  • Held in the Braun Auditorium located in the La Vina Building. Take the elevator to the Ground Floor and follow the signs for Braun Auditorium.

The parking rates for Huntington Hospital’s parking lots are $1 per 15 minutes up to a maximum of $6. The first 15 minutes are free.

Valet parking is $7.

We also offer a 7 consecutive-day pass for $22, and a 20-visit pass with no expiration for $60.
