HCAHPS

HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) is an important measure of patients' satisfaction with the care that they receive from a hospital.

HCAHPS is the first national, standardized, publicly reported survey of patients' perspectives of hospital care – it is important because it gives patients a meaningful way to compare performance across all hospitals.


85% of patient's would recommend the hospital to friends or family.
