We will discuss the different nutrients in foods and how to include healthy food choices everyday. Information regarding correct serving sizes and portions for foods is also covered.
Eating Out and Eating at Home

breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Food Label Reading
Learn the important facts on packaged foods. We will review the terms on a food label, ingredients, how much fat, sugar, and sodium we need per day, and give out recipes.
